SP120 Air-Lift Reverse Circulation Drilling Rig

·With 150m Max drilling depth and 2m Max. drilling diameter, the machine is widely used for pile fundamental engineering construction of continent, river, seabed, and so on.
·The power drive adopts two motors reducing mechanism, which greatly satisfies the torque requirements, and according to the real load to adjust the output parameters, thus flexible output can be achieved.
·Based on embedded system with core of work mechanism controller and perfect CAN-BUS technique, Mechatronics control can be achieved.
· The system adopts the hydraulic pilot control, the electromagnetism valve control and the load sensing control, to make the flow accord with the real requirement of the operating condition to reach the optimal match. The oil pump, hydraulic motor, hydraulic valve, oil tube and the joints are all imported products to ensure high reliability of the system.
·Drilling angle within 0～16°. While driving oblique pile, the working table can adjust the level according to the drilling angle for convenient operation.
· Main platform, mast and sliding guide adopt high strength material and welding tank type structure, reasonably satisfies the function of bend prevention and wrest resistance.
